Washer & Dryer Rental Agreement – Customer Acknowledgment

By completing this purchase, I acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms:

  1. Minimum Contract Term:
    I agree to a minimum rental term of six (6) monthly billing cycles at $60 per month. I understand that cancellation is not permitted until the minimum term has been fulfilled.

  2. Recurring Billing Authorization:
    I authorize Harkey Supply LLC to charge my card automatically every month for the duration of the rental period, including any month-to-month continuation after the initial 6-month term.

  3. Delivery & Installation:
    I understand that delivery and installation are included in the rental fee. I agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property for delivery, installation, maintenance, and eventual pickup.

  4. Maintenance & Repairs:
    Harkey Supply LLC will provide maintenance and repairs for normal use at no additional charge. I agree to notify the company promptly of any issues and to not attempt repairs myself.

  5. Equipment Ownership:
    All rented equipment remains the sole property of Harkey Supply LLC. I agree not to sell, transfer, relocate, modify, or tamper with the equipment.

  6. Liability & Damage:
    I am responsible for any damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper installation performed by anyone other than Harkey Supply LLC, or unauthorized relocation of the units.
    Harkey Supply LLC is not liable for any damage to property, personal injury, or loss resulting from my misuse of the equipment or failure to follow operation guidelines.

  7. Pickup & End of Service:
    At the end of service, I agree to schedule a time for equipment pickup and allow Harkey Supply LLC access to retrieve all rented items in good working condition, normal wear and tear excepted.

  8. Accurate Information:
    I confirm that all contact, address, and payment details provided are accurate and complete.

By completing my purchase, I affirm that I have read, understand, and agree to all terms of this Rental Agreement.
